The Clarion has been published quarterly since 1972 and is the campaigning local magazine for Soho. The Soho Society needs an editor.

What will you be doing?

More recently, in 1972, the Soho Society was established to make Soho a better place in which to live, work or visit.  Within a few months the Society gained consultative status with Westminster City Council on all planning, licensing, traffic and environmental matters.

The Clarion has been published quarterly since 1972 and is the campaigning local magazine for Soho, and we are looking for an editor to:

  • manage copy dates
  • manage contributors/ volunteers
  • write articles

What are we looking for?

We are looking for an experienced individual with the experience and skills to confidently carry out the duties listed above. This role would particularly suit a retired journalist with an interest in Soho.

What difference will you make?

Soho is at the centre of London, is historically significant and the local community association has a long and successful history of campaigning.
