An ambitious neurodiversity focused social enterprise, we're looking to review the pricing of our services and develop a pricing strategy.

What will you be doing?

Hello! My names Emily and I'm the CEO and founder of Enna. We are a specialist recruitment and training organisation based in London, to help neurodivergent adults find, gain and retain meaningful employment with neurodiversity friendly employers. We have recently received investment, so we are looking to scale up the business and make more impact.

What are we looking for?

We're looking for someone who has commercial experience to help us review the pricing of our services, USP and value proposition to help us to generate more sales.

Currently, we get a lot of enquiries, however are struggling to convert them into paying clients.

You could help us to:

  • Reflect on our current pricing and service offering.
  • Understand our commercials better and develop a pricing strategy/
  • Understand the value add and USP of our services.
  • Look at the stages of our sales pipeline, identify gaps and opportunities with current/previous clients and leads.

What are we looking for?

What we're ideally looking for...

  • Commercial experience of pricing strategy, sales strategy.
  • Experience working with startups.
  • Knowledge of sales, business development, USP's, value propositions etc.
  • Experience of combining commercial and social priorities.
