WOCT has a board currently of four directors. It is looking for a new director to assist in its governance
WOCT is looking for an individual who will as a board member be involved in shaping the future of the organisation and ensuring it is managed effectively.
WOCT is looking for individuals who have had some experience of being a trustee or a board member- and/ or managing at a senior strategic level.
Board meetings are held every other month but directors are expected to be involved in decisions and some activity between meetings.
WOCT is not looking for an individual with a specific skill, although if particiularly relevant to its operation that would be helpful.
Experience in management, decision making, strategic planning would all be beneficial as would a knowledge of west Oxfordshire and its business community.

Contributions from directors are critical to the professional and ethical management of the organistaion and its expansion.
