Visitors from Fifth Day

Welcome to Reach Volunteering. We are a community and registered charity that connects people, skills and good causes.

To apply for this role, and any other on our platform, you need to be based in the UK, have at least three years of experience using the skills you wish to volunteer in a professional capacity or have lived experience (for trustee roles). Read more about our criteria.

Design a graphic to clearly, visually present our Theory of Change so that audiences can quickly and easily understand our mission.

What will you be doing?

End Sexism in Schools has developed a basic graphic that summarises our Theory of Change. There is a lot of text which needs to be summarised in a way that is visually engaging but also clear, legible and logical. The information is all there so it is a matter of designing the graphic in a more visually engaging way.

We have limited branding guidelines as we are a newly registered charity that is run by volunteers. We have a logo, website and a number of reports with consistency of colour and design so staying within these themes in the design would be ideal. The Theory of Change graphic should be easily legible and readable in an A4 print.

The volunteer will work with our Political Lead on this task.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a graphic design professional who has the skills and tools to design and present the graphic in a clear and visually engaging way, consistent with our branding and style.

What difference will you make?

A theory of change is a vital document to help audiences understand our work and why it is important. Ending sexism in schools is a mission that may seem insurmountable to some and unnecessary to others. The theory of change is a succinct way to show all stakeholders, quickly and clearly, why the mission is important and how it will be achieved. By creating a graphic that is clear and engaging you will help us to engaging with audiences and present our case to a range of stakeholders including government, school leadership and funders.
