We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented volunteer to help create a comprehensive Database of Researchers with the aim to form a community of early users and knowledge contributors of the QuTii  Truth Library

What will you be doing?

The primary aim of the database you will be helping to create,  is to identify eligible researchers who can join as early users of the Truth Library and disseminate their research in bite-sized formats. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about research and eager to contribute to enhancing access to knowledge.

Responsibilities:

  • Research Open Access Publications: Identify and gather information on open-access research via relevant aggregator sites and databases.
  • Database Creation: Input and organize relevant data about research authors, including names, affiliations, contact information, and research areas into a structured database.
  • Collaboration: Communicate effectively with community builders and the marketing team to align efforts in reaching out to researchers.
  • Data Maintenance: Regularly update the database to ensure accuracy and relevance of information.

What are we looking for?

Qualifications:

  • Strong research skills, with the ability to identify credible open-access research sources.
  • Proficient in Excel, including data entry, organization, and analysis.
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and collaborate with a team.
  • Previous experience in research or database management.
