A  Data Connectivity Assistant is required to support our mission of ensuring internet connectivity for underprivileged individuals and communities by distributing data SIM cards to help bridge the digital divide. 

 

What will you be doing?

Assist in the organisation, inventory, and distribution of data SIM cards.

 ● Maintain accurate records of SIM card distribution and ensure compliance with data usage policies. 

● Collaborate with Data connectivity manager and team members to respond to inquiries and provide information about data plans and connectivity options. 

● Support beneficiaries in activating and using data SIM cards effectively.

 ● Help with troubleshooting and addressing technical issues related to data connectivity. 

● Participate in data collection and reporting to evaluate the impact of the SIM card program. 

● Provide guidance and support to individuals, ensuring they understand how to use data for educational and digital inclusion purposes.

● Basic knowledge of mobile devices and data connectivity.
