We are launching our multi-supportive health-tech platform, we need an experienced volunteer as a Customer Experience Executive to assist with onboarding new users and handle emails enquires and raising public awareness.

What will you be doing?

We are looking for an individual with some office administration and member/customer service experience and assist with the following .

  • Being the point of contact for membership enquiries
  • Maintaining a membership database on our CRM (Hubspot), issuing monthly member reports
  • Helping to develop activities to increase our level of membership
  • Drafting our monthly membership newsletter 
  • Coach customers to be product experts, creating awareness about new and existing features/functionalities that can fulfil their specific business needs
  • First-line support for clients
  • The key point of contact for clients
  • Be the voice of the customers internally, sharing process improvements, feedback, needs/issues into the internal ecosystem, contributing to achieve better solutions and drive growth
  • Provide an excellent customer experience for all accounts, by anticipating and resolving customer issues in a manner that exceeds customer expectations.
  • Master conversational sales and marketing practices
  • Bring your thinking, strategy and ideas to the team to advance our creative culture and vision for the future.

What are we looking for?

We are looking for a volunteer with the following or any of the skills and experience 

  • Good organisational skills and a high level of accuracy to details 
  • Happy carrying out tasks independently and as part of a team
  • Experience and confidence in working with data and sensitive information
  • Good IT skills including Microsoft Word and Excel and able to use databases and CRM
  • Experience of using databases/CRM systems
  • Knowledge and understanding of the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulations (GDPR) and how they apply to the role
  • Persuasive and compelling written and verbal communication
  • Self-starter, solutions-driven and a good team player
  • Strong business acumen
  • A flair for creativity and keenness to do things differently
