To apply for this role, and any other on our platform, you need to be based in the UK, have at least three years of experience using the skills you wish to volunteer in a professional capacity or have lived experience (for trustee roles). Read more about our criteria.

Action Change is a global charity supporting sustainable projects. We are seeking a professional skilled volunteer who has 3 years experience as a CRM technical implementation manager (Salesforce).

What will you be doing?

Action Change are embarking upon an exciting new Salesforce project so that we can connect with our donors and followers in a whole new way! We aim to bring together all our data to give a single shared view of our customer information. Working more productively, we can provide a better personalised experience for our donors and followers. The successful candidate will be instrumental in helping us to grow our Customer Relations Management database and improving our knowledge of our donors, helping us build engagement with the brand. We are seeking a highly motivated and unique person who would like to help our charity change the world for the better!

What are we looking for?

This is a professional volunteering opportunity. The ideal applicant should have at least 3 years experience as a CRM technical implementation manager (Salesforce). You should be able to demonstrate high levels of attention to detail, good written and spoken English, a passion for non-profits and a strong commitment to the role. You should enjoy working collaboratively as part of a small friendly team with a flexible approach.

What difference will you make?

You will have the satisfaction of knowing that your efforts will lead directly to more donations, helping Action Change to complete more projects around the world. Our projects fall into four categories: community development, education and enterprise, environmental conservation and wellbeing. You will help to build awareness of global issues outlined by the united nations SDG's and you will help us grow our work through increasing funding.
