Extinction Rebellion Global Support is looking for a proactive CRM Specialist to manage and optimize our CRM platform, ensuring data integrity and using CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and support growth.

What will you be doing?

  • CRM System Management: Oversee and maintain the CRM platform (EspoCRM/Salesforce), ensuring it supports the needs of various teams and users.
  • Data Integrity: Ensure customer and lead data within the CRM system is accurate, organized, and consistently updated.
  • Customization and Configuration: Collaborate with teams to configure and customize the CRM system, including creating fields, workflows, and reports.
  • User Support and Training: Provide ongoing support to end-users, troubleshoot issues, and conduct training sessions to optimize CRM usage.
  • Reporting and Analytics: Generate reports and analyze CRM data to track KPIs, customer trends, and sales metrics.
  • System Integration: Work with IT and other departments to integrate the CRM with other software tools, ensuring seamless data flow and enhanced automation.

What are we looking for?

  • Proficiency in Salesforce, EspoCRM or similar CRM platforms.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret and act on data.
  • Self-driven with a strong sense of ownership and responsibility.
  • Experience in customer-facing roles or marketing automation is a plus.
