Are you passionate about making a difference in the lives of children and young people? Do you believe in the power of youth to positively impact their communities? St John Ambulance is looking for an enthusiastic and dedicated volunteer to take on the role of County Youth Lead, a pivotal leadership position supporting youth engagement and development across your local area.
As County Youth Lead, you'll play a vital role in ensuring young people (aged 5–25) and student volunteers feel valued, connected, and empowered. You will champion youth voice, drive excellence in our youth programmes, and collaborate with teams to create meaningful opportunities that support personal growth and community contribution.

Through collaboration with local leaders and community networks, you will drive sustainable growth in youth participation, ensuring that every young person—regardless of background—can find a place within St John.
