We are looking for a leader in Kent who cares passionately about the value of community first aid, to lead a team of people responsible for raising the profile of St John and growing our relationships with both current and potential supporters.

This is a chance to use your skills and creativity to raise the vital funds that will enable us to deliver an emergency first aid response and educate members of the community in how to save lives. At the same time, you will raise the profile of and support the wider work of the Order of St John.
You will play a key part in the work of the County St John Council. Together with your peers, you will develop and support the implementation of our County Plan and Budget, taking accountability for the annual fundraising and profile-raising goals
You will lead a team of people to deliver a diverse range of activities, including raising voluntary income from individuals, businesses and funders and the organisation of local events.
Achieving your goals will require strong advocacy both internally with our Community Networks, advising them on their fundraising and profile-raising activities, and direct engagement externally with potential donors and supporters.
