What will you be doing?

We are a small educational charity that aims to tackle educational inequality through the delivery of targeted tuition to students who need it most. We are currently seeking a Consultant to join the advisory team to support us with capacity-building and organisational growth. 

The post holder will help to identify relevant funding opportunities which includes

  • Grants (identifying relevant grants and support with proposals and applications
  • Corporate Partnerships 

The advisor will also work closely with key stakeholders to support with strategic planning.

Essential:

  • Board experience within a non-profit organisation
  • Experience with fundraising research
  • Experience with writing successful funding applications
  • Commitment to educational inequality

Our core programme supports Year 10 & 11 students who are currently marginalised within the mainstream setting and are falling behind in Maths GCSE. 

We work collaboratively through school and university partnerships to deliver targeted support to improve academic and other outcomes for our students.  

In addition to attainment, we also deliver career skills support for young people. 

Your expertise and input will help us to scale our existing programme and enrich our current.
