What are we looking for?

We ask that you have experience and have some knowledge of trans people and the difficulties we face because of a culture war against our community.

What difference will you make?

As a Volunteer Communication Manager, your impact will ripple across the organisation and beyond. By crafting compelling narratives and amplifying the voices of transgender and gender-diverse people.

You will play a pivotal role in reshaping public perceptions and fostering empathy. Your strategic communication efforts will attract allies, inspire action, and build stronger community networks.

Your work will continuously refine outreach efforts by analysing engagement metrics for greater effectiveness. Your dedication will help create an environment where transgender voices are heard, understood, and celebrated.

Ultimately, your efforts will contribute to advancing equality, empowering trans people to live authentically, and promoting societal change.
