We are seeking a Compliance Manager to help ensure our organization adheres to relevant policies and regulations. 

What will you be doing?

Role Overview:

We are seeking a Compliance Manager to help ensure our organization adheres to relevant policies and regulations. This role involves working closely with the team to identify and address compliance gaps, support the acquisition of required certifications, and maintain a culture of accountability and best practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of applicable policies, standards, and regulations relevant to the organization’s operations.
  • Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with internal and external requirements.
  • Collaborate with team members to develop, implement, and monitor compliance programs and initiatives.
  • Lead efforts to acquire and maintain necessary certifications, such as Cyber Essentials, ISO standards, or others relevant to the organization’s goals.
  • Provide training and guidance to team members to ensure awareness and adherence to compliance policies.
  • Identify areas of non-compliance, assess risks, and recommend corrective actions.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation for audits, certifications, and compliance-related activities.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for compliance-related inquiries and liaise with external auditors or certification bodies as needed.

What are we looking for?

Requirements:

  • Experience in compliance, risk management, or related roles (formal qualifications and equivalent experience preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of certification processes, policy development, and regulatory frameworks.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Ability to communicate complex compliance requirements clearly and effectively to diverse teams.
  • Proficiency in managing documentation and compliance tracking tools.
  • Self-motivated and capable of working independently or collaboratively in a remote team environment.
