We are looking for someone who is interested in canals and what they bring to the wider public and the environment. A good public speaker would be useful especially as we would like to liaise with schools throughout our area. Confidence in approaching Councils, schools, Area Boards and charities. Retired teachers, retired public officers and retired military personnel would make excellent candidates along with others who have similar skills.
Your input will shape how we present ourselves to our service users, stakeholders, funders, general public and school children. With your help we will be able to continue our restoration of the Wilts & Berks Canal for the benefit of the public and the environment.
