We are looking for someone with expertise in tender applications to help our charity secure vital funding and expand our impact in the community.

What will you be doing?

Are you ready to make a real difference in the lives of young people in the UK? We are seeking a skilled Tender Specialist to help us secure vital funding through tender applications and expand our impact to young individuals to achieve their full potential.

Your expertise will be key in identifying and successfully applying for tender opportunities, providing the financial foundation to kickstart this life-changing work. As our Tender Specialist, your key deliverable will be to secure funding that allows our charity to deliver programs that transform lives.

Key responsibilities include:

Researching and identifying suitable tender opportunities aligned with our mission and services.

Writing and submitting high-quality, persuasive tender applications.

Collaborating with our team to ensure applications accurately reflect our vision and impact.

Establishing relationships with commissioning bodies and funders to enhance our credibility.

Ensuring compliance with all legal, regulatory, and tender requirements.

We are looking for a motivated and skilled individual who can bring expertise and enthusiasm to this role. The ideal candidate will have:

Skills and Experience

  • Proven experience in tendering or bid writing: A track record of successfully securing funding through tender applications, ideally within the non-profit or public sector.
  • Strong writing and communication skills: Ability to craft persuasive and compelling applications tailored to funder requirements.
  • Knowledge of funding sources and tender portals: Familiarity with relevant funding opportunities and platforms used for tender submissions.
  • Excellent research skills: Capacity to identify funding opportunities that align with our charity’s mission.
  • Attention to detail: Ensures accuracy, professionalism, and compliance in all submissions.
  • Project management skills: Ability to manage multiple deadlines and work independently.
