Help us develop our football club to generate much needed income to help our volunteers deliver and provide footballing opportunities for girls and women in the area. Increase our presence locally, conduct funding research and prepare bids.
We are looking for a volunteer to develop our football club as you would a business so that we can work on generating income, build relationships and partnerships with local businesses, increase footfall through the gates, developing and deliver fundraising ideas and carrying out fundraising research and bid writing.
Women's football is growing and moving fast and we are not part of a large football club with a big name, therefore we do not get large crowds through the gates and we do not get any financial support from the club itself.
Not only do we wish to continue what we do for years to come, we want to be future proof, we want to grow and provide more opportunities for women, girls and volunteers at our club as we know there is a demand, but we just do not have the people to deliver. There are barriers preventing people from getting involved and we want to help tackle that also. We need to boost our profile locally and build up support from those who can give it and also help develop the commercial side of our club.
The volunteer will work with members of the committee to make this happen. There is flexibility in how the volunteer can help and lend their skills.
Raise funds to enable us too continue the good work we do, develop relationships/partnerships with local businesses and even national Business development / Sales Commissioning /Fundraising research / Bid writing

Your work will enable us to deliver our current activities and provide more opportunities in the future for local people.
Your help and expertise will help develop others within the club and take the pressure off other volunteers who are already supporting in other areas.
Your help developing this side of the club will enable us to increase funds, build more of a presence and interest locally, build local support and partnerships with individuals and businesses, enable us to remain sustainable and develop skilsl to help us remain commercially viable, enabling us to continue what we do and grow.
We have an excellent group of volunteers and we want to add more great people and expertise to our organisation.
Please apply through reach in the first instance, describing how your experience would make you suitable for the role and help you be successful and deliver our aims.
