The Charity Partner Manager will oversee relationships with Workstyle Revolution's existing charity partners and identify opportunities for new collaborations.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain great ongoing relationships with charity partners.
- Act as the main point of contact at Workstyle Revolution for charity partners.
- Represent the Workstyle Revolution in regular external meetings with partners.
- Suggest ways to collaborate and ideas to maximise these partnerships
- Identify, help nurture and onboard new charity partnerships.
- Develop and track partnership goals and outcomes.
Skills/Experience:
- Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
- Experience working with or for charities is a plus.
- Strategic thinking to align partnerships with community goals.
- Great communication and negotiation skills.
- Organisational skills to manage multiple partnerships effectively.
