The Charity Partner Manager will oversee relationships with Workstyle Revolution's existing charity partners and identify opportunities for new collaborations.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain great ongoing relationships with charity partners.
  • Act as the main point of contact at Workstyle Revolution for charity partners.
  • Represent the Workstyle Revolution in regular external meetings with partners.
  • Suggest ways to collaborate and ideas to maximise these partnerships 
  • Identify, help nurture and onboard new charity partnerships.
  • Develop and track partnership goals and outcomes.

What are we looking for?

Skills/Experience:

  • Strong interpersonal and relationship management skills.
  • Experience working with or for charities is a plus.
  • Strategic thinking to align partnerships with community goals.
  • Great communication and negotiation skills.
  • Organisational skills to manage multiple partnerships effectively.
