What will you be doing?

We are looking for an individual with a love of nature and community who can help us ensure our project enables a thriving community to grow, improving health and wellbeing by becoming a part of an inspiring community space. Meadow Orchard Project is a 1.5 acre community garden in North London. Our primary charitable purposes are: A) Advancing education in food growing, horticulture, permaculture, arts and crafts, eco-building, bee-keeping, wildlife management, health, wellbeing and sustainability and any other such areas that fit with the overall aim and purpose of the Garden.

B) Provide environments and activities that help people to lead healthier lifestyles, and to grow as individuals and as members of society, and to build community and social networks

What are we looking for?

The applicant must have experience of fundraising for small community projects, assessing the needs of our organisation and stakeholders. Must be able to work as a group, good communication skills. Ideally must have a shared love of nature, bio diversity and sustainability.

What difference will you make?

Help us engage with stake holders who will benefit the most from our community project. Therapeutic benefits of nature, well-being, combating social isolation through community.
