Chair of Trustees required to lead a fine tuned team of passionate individuals to offer practical and emotional support for Island families. 

What will you be doing?

Chair of board required to direct our new 3 year strategic plan and to continue to develop smart working practice. The trustees have a diverse and highly skilled range of experience and work closely with our professional and long serving staff team.  The role requires someone who would like to be a part of the wider Isle of Wight community, has a commitment to our mission. 

What are we looking for?

  • Previous trustee or governance experience required.
  • Willingness to learn
  • Enthusiasm for our mission to support families to create the best possible lives and future for their children.

Chair of trustees is a key role in ensuring Home-Start IOW is there to support families to build skills and confidence, and create the best future for their children.Your leadership and will ensure that we can continue to develop services and see happy healthy and secure families.
