We are seeking a creative copywriter to join our digital marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in social media and marketing.

What will you be doing?

Reporting to the Marketing Tead Lead, the Copywriter will be responsible for planning, creating and editing written communications for the charity to support the overall content marketing strategy.

  • Writing that translates features, benefits, and values into copy that informs, educates and drives action
  • Working collaboratively with relevant cross-functional teams to produce copy and content
  • You will be to working independently to lead a creative project, while continually sharing progress with stakeholders in the Marketing team
  • Writing copy for a variety of projects across marketing activities including, email, social media assets, web assets, content reports, supporting collateral, advertisements, and internal communications
  • Assist and plan strategies to reach a broader audience
  • Create proposals to increase engagement 

What are we looking for?

  • BA or Master’s in English, Marketing Journalism, Creative writing or similar
  • A strong understanding of marketing and branding principles.
  • Ability to switch between different tones of voices and content formats
  • Exceptional oral and written communication skills including writing, editing, and proofreading experience
  • Driving an increase in the volume of high quality, creative content
  • Experience conceptualizing and writing campaigns and social content
  • Tech Savvy
  • Be able to commit 3-7 hours a week
