An exciting opportunity has arisen for a passionate individual to join our team to manage our campaigns. You will play a crucial role in the planning and success of our campaigns.

What will you be doing?

  • Manage awareness raising campaigns: Develop and implement creative campaigns to educate the public about the organization's mission, goals, and impact.
  • Plan and execute effective fundraising events: Organize and host engaging fundraising events, such as galas, auctions, and online campaigns, to generate revenue and build relationships with donors.
  • Liaise with universities to deliver workshops: Collaborate with universities to develop and deliver workshops on relevant topics, providing students with valuable skills and knowledge.
  • Evaluate and adjust the Campaign strategy: Continuously monitor and analyze campaign performance to identify areas for improvement and make necessary adjustments to ensure optimal results.
  • Research relevant events: Identify key events and conferences where the organization can increase visibility, network with potential supporters, and promote its initiatives.
  • Work with CEO to manage Campaigns Team: Collaborate with the CEO to lead and manage the Campaigns Team, setting goals, providing guidance, and ensuring effective teamwork.

What are we looking for?

  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively to ensure the smooth running of projects and campaigns: Juggle various responsibilities, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines to ensure the success of initiatives.
  • Experience and knowledge in planning and executing projects: Utilize project management skills to plan, organize, and implement projects from start to finish.
  • Ability to work cooperatively in a team setting and with diverse groups of people: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, volunteers, and external partners to achieve shared goals.
  • Great attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all aspects of work, from administrative tasks to campaign execution: Maintain high standards of accuracy and precision in all work, from data entry to report writing.
  • Knowledge of various social media platforms: Utilize social media platforms to engage with the target audience, raise awareness, and drive online fundraising.
  • Flexibility to adapt to the charities’ changing priorities: Be adaptable and responsive to changing circumstances and priorities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills: Communicate effectively with diverse audiences, including donors, volunteers, and the general public, through written and spoken word.
