Will you 'Shake My Hand' to help and support Survivors of rape and sexual abuse and join the Campaign Team as our Campaign Secretary?

What will you be doing?

As Campaign Secretary, your duties and tasks would include:

Scheduling meetings and appointments and managing invitations, reminders, and confirmations.

Making travel arrangements and booking accommodation and transport. 

Preparing and editing documents.

Maintaining and updating records, files, and databases. 

Ordering and managing office supplies and equipment.

Taking notes during meetings, events, and conferences. 

Key Deliverable: Your role will ensure that the Campaign is well-organised and responsible. 

Team: Your Line Manager will be the Volunteers Manager.

What are we looking for?

A Diploma and experience in Office Administration and/or Business Administration. 

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Excellent communication skills.

Good organisational and time-management skills.

Attention to detail and accuracy.

The ability to work independently and as part of a Team.

Ability to multitask and prioritise.

The ability to handle pressure and deadlines.
