We have been trying to get into local authorities or with property managers, or building managers so we can approach them about working more ethically and using eco and ethical products and about why they should be making sure their suppliers are paying their staff a fair wage and not just minimum wage.

The impact you will have will directly affect the people we work with and help find work/training services. These are often the poorest people with the least opportunities but are often the most will to learn and work. So helping them directly helps their families. We often have single mother / young mothers that we help and this make a huge difference to their self-confidence and their ability to fit into society and this filters down to their children. We also help those with language barriers to upskilling. Helping them get unstuck and a little leg up goes a long way to helping someone directly.
This opportunity will enable someone to make a real difference at grass root levels.
