The Business Development Manager will lead the design and execution of strategic growth initiatives for the project.

What will you be doing?

This role focuses on securing funding, forging strategic partnerships, and expanding the project ecosystem across the UK, Africa, and the Caribbean. The manager will engage with corporates, governments, development institutions, and philanthropic funders to secure financial and in-kind support, while amplifying the long-term impact of project programs and events.

What are we looking for?

  • Degree in Business, International Development, Economics, or related field.
  • Proven track record in business development, fundraising, or strategic partnerships.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
  • Familiarity with Africa and Caribbean economic, political, or business landscapes.
  • Proficiency in proposal writing and stakeholder presentations.
  • Passion for sustainable development, impact investment, and regional collaboration.

What difference will you make?

Your work with the team will help the Chairman, deliver a first class sustainability and investment summit and create opportunities for young entrepreneurs. You will be a critical resource responsible for ensuring the concept of the summit grows exponentially with appropriate financial and in-kind support.
