The Volunteer Business Development Manager at MMARAP will secure partnerships with schools and educational institutions, negotiate contracts, and identify growth opportunities. Strong communication, negotiation skills are required.

What will you be doing?

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Volunteer Business Development Manager to support the growth and expansion of MMARAP UK. The successful candidate will focus on identifying and securing new partnerships with schools, colleges, and educational institutions to help us deliver our services. You will play a vital role in promoting our organisation’s mission and helping us reach more young people across the UK.

Key Responsibilities:

• Proactively reach out to schools, colleges, and educational institutions to promote MMARAP’s services.

• Develop and implement outreach strategies to secure partnerships and contracts for service delivery.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within educational settings.

• Present and negotiate contracts that align with the needs of both MMARAP and partnering institutions.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that all service delivery meets the expectations and requirements of our partners.

• Identify new opportunities for growth, helping to expand MMARAP’s reach in the education sector.

• Report on progress and outcomes related to business development activities.

Skills & Experience Required:

• Previous experience in business development, sales, or a similar role, ideally in the education or non-profit sector.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage and influence decision-makers.

• A proactive and self-driven approach to identifying new opportunities and building relationships.

• Excellent negotiation and contract management skills.

• A passion for youth development and an understanding of the education system.

• Ability to work independently while contributing to a collaborative team environment.
