Help us streamline our financial management.

What will you be doing?

We want someone to review the organisation of our finances and design a strategy to get them in order and easy to manage on an ongoing basis.

  • To set up digital bookkeeping
  • To help us manage different funders
  • To make it easier to respond to fundraisers
  • To manage our relationship with our fiscal host, so that we can become independent and registered body within a timeline
  • To help us prepare for making tax digital

What are we looking for?

  • The Volunteer should have experience and skills in financial management
  • Excellent digital Bookkeeping skills
  • Be patient and a good explainer
  • Be prepared to design a financial management plan to work with the organisation
  • Able to effective liaise with relevant partners
  • A knowledge of the charitable finance sector
  • Some fundraising competency or understanding

What difference will you make?

You will enable a small organisation to be more organised and effective at doing their key work in the world

You will transfer your skills in such a way as to make our more empathy based organising more effective a meet a larger set of participants

You will experience the satisfaction of supporting an organisation that is carrying out reparative work around systemic injustice in a way in which it supports expansion of their work.
