Carrying out book keeping activities to support the Treasurer and the Trustees

What will you be doing?

Freelance Self-Employed Bookkeeper required to start as soon as possible  

Responsibilities:  

  • Bookkeeping (5 - 25 transactions a month)  
  • Pulling off financial reports from accountancy software  
  • Bank reconciliation 
  • Process payroll  
  • Short Ad hoc meetings to discuss reports 
  • Support from the Charity manager in duties above 

Expected 3 – 4 hours per month 

What are we looking for?

Experience of book keeping and use of professional accountancy software

What difference will you make?

Support the work of the Treasurer to ensure that checks are made to the accounting of the charity funds.  Make sure that up to date data is available for future funding applications
