Board meetings are currently held on Tuesday evenings in Huddersfield. Sub group meeting days vary.

We need Board members, including a Treasurer preferably from  Kirklees, Calderdale or Wakefield. We provide supported housing and legal advice in relation to housing difficulties and run the Foodbank from our Dewsbury office.

What will you be doing?

We are still recovering from the financial impact of Covid. We have been established for many years and ideally would like to acquire Registered Social Landlord status. It would be helpful to recruit a treasurer and people with professional knowledge of housing issues. We would like to recruit younger Board members and as we are an all white Board a more diverse range of people.

What are we looking for?

We would like a treasurer with an accountancy background and Board members with an interest in housing issues.

What difference will you make?

We need a Treasurer and additional Board members to ensure we can continue to offer support to our senior management team and our amazing employees. There are opportunities to join the various sub groups as well as attend our monthly Board meetings. Joining the Board of Fusion gives members the opportunity to provide  support to  vulnerable people in Kirklees, Calderdale and Wakefield.

Before you apply

Applicants are asked to complete a Fusion application form and meet with Board members to find out more about the organisation.
