The primary objective of this role is to assist with the successful delivery of the tender process, from pre tender stage to post tender negotiations in order to secure new business for Associated Builders Collective.

What will you be doing?

  • Writing high quality bid submissions that convey our organisations mission, values and expertise to gain projects, secure contracts and new business opportunities.
  • Reviewing all documentation associated with a bid and writing tender summaries.
  • Managing bid tender timelines and coordinate post tender discussions with company directors.
  • Ensure content and format of responses maintains organisation consistency.
  • Identify new business opportunities from procurement portals.
  • Conduct market research to gain insights into industry trends, competitor offerings and client expectations.
  • Maintaining accurate records and creating action plans for improvement.

What are we looking for?

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with an extensive vocabulary.
  • Highly attentive to detail, with the ability to analyse and proof read documents effectively.
  • Ability to interpret information clearly and accurately to concisely communicate results and recommendations to the company directors.
  • Research, identify and evaluate bid opportunities in the construction sector.
  • Manage and prioritise multiple bids simultaneously, meeting strict deadlines.
