What will I be doing?

  • You will be running weekly grammar clubs with year 5 children in Barking.
  • You will be required to support children with their progression through different Maths topics within this field.

Commitment

  • You will be required to commit to one hour per week on Fridays between 3:15pm and 4:45pm.
  • You will need to commit to following a lesson plan - nothing too complicated or thorough - just something to give a clear structure to the weekly after school clubs.
  • You will need to be willing to attend on time, every Friday up until the end of July, and possibly again in September depending on your availability.

Expenses

  • We will cover the cost of your travel up to £10 per day. We will also cover the cost of your enhanced DBS check which you can use for a further 2 years in any other child-force related position.
