About the Advisory Board/Trustee Board

Our Advisory Board meets 4-6 times a year, and supports the Director in shaping the strategic direction and development of the organisation.

We are looking for Board members with specific expertise who can support us and we grow in:

  • Impact measurement

Board appointments will be for an initial two-year term. Appointments will be on the basis of skills and experienced needed for the growth of the organisation.

Given the nature of the organisation, we particularly welcome applications from Black women, as this closely aligns with our vision, values and objectives.

What are we looking for?

We're seeking advisory board members with experience in Impact reporting and measurement. There are up to 2 roles available.

What difference will you make?

As a small but growing non-profit, membership on and participation with our board will have a long lasting on our organisation's consolidation and growth, enabling us to support more Black girls to achieve their aspirations.

Before you apply

Appointments will be made through a selection process run by the Chair of the Advisory Board – Laide Bissessar, and the Director and Founder – Chloe Lewis, including application and CV review and interview.

Applications are invited on a rolling basis.
