Outreach Homes is a semi-independent accommodation provider for care leavers aged 16-24, helping their transition into full independence. Outreach Community CIC is a new social enterprise, committed to ensuring Safety, Stability and Success for all young people.
The Advisory Board Member will play a critical role in guiding the strategic direction of Outreach, ensuring robust governance and fostering our mission to uplift young people. This role involves active participation in board meetings, contributing and creating organisational policies and ensuring adherence to legal and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate will bring specialised knowledge in social enterprise and nonprofit management, directly impacting Outreach’s growth and sustainability.
