What will you be doing?

Our Administrator/Secretary will support the team as follows:

  • Organise Team Meetings including requesting and collating reports from members; distributing agendas and reports prior to meetings
  • Attend Management meetings every 6-8 weeks either at a local venue or via Teams
  • Record notes and actions agreed at meetings and distribute to the team
  • Keep records of team members up to date
  • Book rooms for events
  • Liaison with Head Office and distribution of information from HO as required
  • General admin duties as and when required

What are we looking for?

At least 3 years experience in an Administrator/Secretarial role is required with the following:

  • Competency in word processing and using IT with excellent accuracy and English Language skills
  • Experienced in organising and servicing meetings. Ideally having supported a Management team, Board or Committee
