Swim Club strongly connected to our communities offering funded & fee paying swim/water safety programmes seek an enthusiastic admin officer to support the operations team with a range of administrative duties. 

What will you be doing?

Admin Volunteer will support the Operations Team - Club Competition Secretary, Fundraising Officer and Head Coach with various admin duties; formulating & circulating emails to members and community organisations, posting news on our Club portal, formulating short google surveys. Taking Minutes at Operational and Board Meetings and circulating to those involved. You may also support our Board of Trustees with admin/communications via email.

What are we looking for?

Able to use resources effectively and seek ways of increasing admin productivity.

Excellent eye for detail.

Excellent ICT skills: competent using Microsoft programmes; Outlook, Excel, Word, Powerpoint and Access, Bespoke computer programmes, Google Forms.

Able to adapt and learn to use new IT software for your role.

Able to proof read effectively.

Excellent communication skills with internal and external contacts using a range of platforms - emails, telephone, social media. 

Able to demonstrate good listening skills and able to follow instructions.

Efficient in arranging meetings, preparing agendas, taking minutes and circulating.

Ability to coordinate and manage workload and helping to organise club events.

Able to work within a team and independently effectively.

 Passionate about being involved long term in an inclusive and diverse organisation to help improve our clubs efficiency.
