We are looking for a Marketing Administrator volunteer to join us as we launch our 3 years strategy to assist with da-to-day tasks, key to helping raise awareness and engaging with our community to ultimately drive our mission forward. 

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Support: Help organize and execute marketing campaigns, including digital, print, and event-based initiatives.
  • Administrative Tasks: Manage marketing databases, update contact lists, and track campaign performance metrics.
  • Event and Campaign Coordination: Support the planning and promotion of fundraising events for the charity as well as families, including creating promotional materials and coordinating logistics.
  • PR Support: Gathering content and coordinating communications between event participants and our PR Liaison and ensuring they feel supported on their fundraising journeys.
  • Research: Conduct market research to identify potential partnerships, media opportunities, and trends that can enhance our marketing efforts.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • Passion for our Cause: A strong commitment to the mission of supporting children's fundraising journey missions
  • Marketing Knowledge: Basic understanding of marketing and communication principles; experience with social media and content creation is a plus.
  • Organisational Skills: Ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
  • Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Tech-Savvy: Familiarity with tools like MS Office and experience using CRM is a plus.
  • Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the marketing team and other volunteers.
