We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Administrative Support professional to join NiB. In this role, you will provide essential administrative assistance to ensure the smooth operation of our initiatives and activities. 

What will you be doing?

It’s a role where you will have an opportunity to support one of NiB teams: Corporate Membership Services, Conference Team, People Team or Marcomms Team 

  • Provide administrative support to one of NiB team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating events. 
  • Assist in the preparation and distribution of meeting agendas, minutes, and other documentation. 
  • Maintain and update databases, records, and files. 
  • Manging shared inbox and respond to inquiries in a timely manner. 
  • Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other materials. 
  • Collaborate with team members to ensure efficient and effective operations. 
  • Ah-hoc duties specific for each team
