As an Admin Assistant for ESC, you will play a central role in supporting various individuals within ESC and working towards fulfiing administrative tasks.

What will you be doing?

Key Responsibilities: 

Administrative Tasks: 

  1.  Assist volunteers in managing their calendars, and coordinate and schedule meetings. 
  2. Respond to any question that you receive via email. 
  3. Take minute meetings. 
  4. Assist in creating agendas, reports and presentations if required. 
  5. Support the team by handling general data entry tasks and help keep records maintained and accurate. 
  6. Order Supplies. 

Travel & Event Coordination: 

  1. Assist with the coordination of events that will be hosted by or attended by ESC. 
  2. Assist ESC when workshops are being held, and when conferences are being attended. 
  3. Manage travel- related logistics. Support the team with their travel needs, by booking train tickets when necessary. 

Document Management: 

  1. Manage the inventory digitally, keep information up to date and manage device ownership records for employees. 
  2. Assist with filing and managing records digitally via Microsoft SharePoint. 
  3. File documents, ensuring that they can be easily located by ESC employees and volunteers. 

What are we looking for?

What are we looking for? 

  • Previous experience as an Admin Assistant in the charity sector. 
  • Strong time management skills. 
  • Strong understanding of confidentiality and the ability to uphold any confidential information.  
  • Strong communication skills both written and verbal. 
  • Strong interpersonal skills alongside good organisational skills. 
  • Proficiency with Microsoft 365. 

What difference will you make?

As the Admin Assistant for Endometriosis South Coast (ESC) you will be responsible for providing volunteers and the charity with administrative support.  You will play a role in supporting the team by handling a variety of tasks such as administrative tasks, corresponding to any queries that are received and managing documents.
