What will you be doing?

Role Overview

We are looking for two dedicated and organised Volunteer Admin Assistants to support our work. This role is crucial in ensuring smooth client and therapist onboarding, handling feedback forms, arranging meetings, and maintaining administrative efficiency. If you are passionate about mental health and want to make a meaningful impact, we’d love to hear from you! This role could be ideal for someone who is looking for a fulfilling way to give back to the community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the onboarding process for clients and therapists, including processing intake forms and documentation.
  • Collect and manage feedback forms from clients and therapists.
  • Maintain organised records and databases related to therapy sessions and client interactions.
  • Assist with general administrative tasks to ensure the smooth running of operations.
  • Communicate professionally and sensitively with clients, therapists, and other team members.
  • Respond to email and phone enquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Prepare and distribute documents, reports, and meeting minutes as required.
  • Support fundraising and awareness campaigns through administrative assistance.

What are we looking for?

Skills

  • Organisational and administrative skills.
  • Communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and professionalism.
  • Comfortable working on email and making phone calls.  
  • A passion for wanting to support young people and families.
  • Prior admin experience would be beneficial but not essential.
  • Comfortable using word and excel, zoom and google meet
