We’re recruiting for an experienced Admin Assistant to help run our Charity's Office!

What will you be doing?

Do you have experience in administration, managing tasks and managing communications?

We’re looking for an experienced Admin Assistant to join our team!

You don’t need to wear uniform and can help us flexibly around your commitments!

You’ll work with our Unit Chair, the Commanding Officer and our team to ensure the smooth running of our unit, updating records, creating and distributing newsletters.

Our aim is to Inspire young people to achieve their potential through challenge and nautical adventure guided by the customs and traditions of today’s Royal Navy.

What are we looking for?

  • Previous admin experience
  • Knowledge of best practices
  • Managing the charity’s resources responsibly
  • Ability to work as part of a team and independently

Not only do we need someone who can keep us on track with our day to day activities, but we need someone who can think creatively and build rapport with our stakeholders.

We rely on volunteers to continue the work we do with local young people so the experience and skills you bring to this role will leave a lasting impact for years to come!
