What will you be doing?

We are looking for a professional to join our governing body support the strategic direction of the school to ensure we live our vision: where every student rises to the challenge! We welcome governors  with backgrounds (but not limited to) in Finance, Strategic Leadership and Education.

  • Strategic Leadership - defining the vision, fostering the trust's culture and setting the strategy.
  • Accountability and assurance - robust and effective oversight of academy operations and performance
  • Strategic Engagement - oversight of relationships with stake holders, ensuring decision making is support by meaningful engagement.

Governors are responsible for governing a charitable company and directing how it is managed and run. Governors must also ensure that the trust complies with all legal and statutory requirements.
